1. Davinci SDK
This framework is built around the Eclipse IDE and uses elements from other popular open source frameworks like Knockout, Backbone, jQuery Mobile etc. It is used for HTML5 web applications, including mobiles.
2. Lungo
This one is similar to jQuery mobile in terms of the structure and doesn't try to emulate any existing look, like iOS or Android.
3. PhoneJS
This jQuery-based framework can support MVVM combined with Knockout and can be used to provide a native look and feel. It has themes that emulate Android, iOS and Windows Mobile.
4. The M project
This is an alternative for jQuery mobile that provides developers MVC-based architecture for mobile development that is convenient and structured.
5. Junior
This is a jQuery-based HTML5 framework that can be used for building mobile applications. It is based on Zepto.js and integrates Backbone to create mobile apps that look and behave like native apps.
6. Jo
This is a lightweight HTML5 framework that comes with flexible event model, a light data layer and many other features.
7. Trigger.IO
This is not really an HTML5 framework, but it can be used in order to prepare mobile applications.
